MBA Photography (M. Altstiel) calls Chicago his home. Celebrating a decade behind the camera, he has seen a hobby blossom into a passion and a professional career. While the majority of his work is done in Chicago, he has also taken his camera around the Midwest, the South, California, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Ireland, Morocco, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Iceland, and Turkey.
In addition to place-based photography, He also does Portrait / Headshots, Event, Product/ Commercial, Food and Wedding Photography. Clients include: Albany Park Community Center, American Indian Center (AIC), Brave New Voices Festival, Chicago Cares, Chicago Parks Department, Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Scholars, the Color Run (Chicago), Comcast, Free the Children, Lilly's Bar, Mac N' Cheese Productions, Mashallah, the Metropolitan Planning Council (MPC), New Leaders Council (Chicago Chapter), North Center Chamber of Commerce, One Million Degrees (OMD), PepsiCo Showdown, Perspectives Charter School Network, SGA Youth & Family Services, and Time Out's Sport Lounge.

As an artist, he is driven by the philosophy, “Don’t tear down walls, fill them up.” He believes beautiful art enhances people’s lives and brings people together.
